Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.justlaserproducts.co.za website (the “Service”) operated by Just Laser Products (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Quotations
- Can be requested telephonically, by email, or through our website.
- Quotes are valid for ten (10) days only. This quotation is valid whilst stocks last.
- A deposit may be requested on certain orders. We reserve the right to request full payment before processing the order.
- Orders are only processed once the deposit/payment requested has been received.
- The delivery period on the invoice is only applicable from the day deposit/payment is acknowledged by Just Laser Products.
- Delivery charges will be included on the invoice when applicable.
Order Processed
- Just Laser Products reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.
- Your order becomes binding as soon as you have accepted it and custom orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Methods and Payment
- EFT (Electronic funds transfer).
- Online credit card payments.
- Delivery will only be done once full payment shows in the bank account or if arranged otherwise with Just Laser Products.
- Delivery charges may be required and will be invoiced accordingly.
- The product remains the property of Just Laser Products until full payment is received.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- Requirements when a product is returned:
- Proof of purchase.
- Product must be unused, and in the condition you received it.
- Products must be returned within seven (7) days since time of delivery and must be in the same condition it was received-unused and in re-sellable conditions with the correct packaging.
- The customer will be liable for delivery charges incurred for returning the unwanted item.
- We do not offer refunds for products returned.
- No refunds will be made unless there is a defect with the product purchased and we reserve the right to replace the product. If you bought our product through a 3rd party, contact the retailer first. Just Laser Products will be liable for delivery charges incurred if the product was defected on delivery.
- Products broken through customer construction and use will not be liable for refunds or replacements.
- Just Laser Products reserves the right to charge administration fees for cancelled orders.
- Any changes to orders must be made prior to accepting the order.
- Deposits on cancellations after the production of an order has begun will not be refunded.
- Customised orders cannot be returned. Just Laser Products will try their best to make changes to the order to meet your satisfaction but will not be responsible for the additional costs incurred or additional shipping costs.
Delivery
- An accurate delivery address must be supplied.
- Delivery of a product may be affected by circumstances out of our control. These could be anything from natural disasters to strike action to state disasters.
- Date of delivery will be arranged as soon as our couriers can deliver.
- Until 100% payment is received, the product remains the property of Just Laser Products.
- Customer must advise when special arrangements need to be made for delivery.
- Delivery charges may be added at a later stage should customer require a special delivery to be done for their order.
- Should a delivery be unable to be received due to the customer not being available on the arranged date, the customer will be charged for the new delivery.
- Should a product be defected on arrival, the customer must let us know immediately in order to arrange a replacement.
Incorrect and Natural Variation Products
- When placing an order, please remember that Just Laser Products produce many products from natural materials and therefore colour variations are possible. We will try our best to always match product colours and grains but its not always exact. We will not be held liable for these defects as it remains a natural product.
- We will not be held liable for incorrect measurements, colour choices or quantity errors made by the customer.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Just Laser Products and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Just Laser Products.
Just Laser Products has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Just Laser Products shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
