Shipping Options:
Free Shipping on all orders over R650.00.
If your order value is below R650.00, the flat rate for delivery anywhere in South Africa is R99.00.
Local Pickup is available in Pinelands, Cape Town. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection and a time for collection may be arranged.
Shipping Zones:
We currently offer delivery throughout South Africa. We unfortunately don’t deliver worldwide at this stage.
Shipping Times:
We manufacture all of our products ourselves and to order. Therefore we have a manufacturing turn around time of three (3) working days. At this point we can send your parcel out for delivery given that payment has been received. Orders with personalised add-on’s may take an additional working day. For bulk orders, please note that these will be discussed before processing.
Shipping takes approximately 2-5 working days after being dispatched. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be given to you via the courier service.
Please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide – Just Laser Products will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by courier services.
Additional Information
We require a contact number and email address in order for a delivery to take place.
We are unable to change the delivery location once an order has been dispatched.
Items will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Manufacturing and Shipping time estimates do not include any delays due to payment authorisation.
Local Pickup times must be arranged prior to arrival and only after you have received a notification stating your order is ready for collection.
